Disruptive Technology - In-situ walling with moladi plastic formwork
Bricks and blocks are produced in moulds - left to cure or dry or burnt before being stacked on top of each other with mortar by an artisan or bricklayer. The walls are then chased / chopped / cut for electrical and water pipes, then plastered to smoothen the walls and close the chased services.
This process is completed in one day with moladi plastic formwork - Before the reusable recycled plastic mould is filled, the electrical and water piping is positioned onto the forms in exact positions. Speeding up the building process resulting in savings due to the speed of completion. The moladi process also ensures that stronger monolithic walls are produced at the rate of one shell / superstructure per day with one mould or many structures with many moulds in one day - making the delivery of top structures limitless and this without the dependence on scarce and costly artisans.
